Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a seasoned Manager, Supplier Performance for a fully remote role based in the continental United States. You will oversee supplier assessments, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules and quality targets.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain, with strong project management and leadership capabilities across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• 3+ years prior experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain or project/program management

Responsabilités

• Executes onsite assessments with buyers, quality, and engineering teams to drive supplier improvement.
• Uses Supplier Development Playbook and other tools to improve key supplier performance to Gold standards.
• Partners with suppliers to remove barriers to Continuous Improvement tools for on-time delivery and quality.
• Monitors and analyzes supplier performance and applies countermeasures to improve.
• Conducts production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction and ramp-up readiness.
• Monitors KPIs and cost-to-serve data; coordinates cross-functional teams to improve supply chain initiatives.
• Engages management of key suppliers to drive improvement programs.
• Plans and reports on supplier performance across sites.
• Travel up to 50% (overnight).
