Job summary

RTX, Collins Aerospace is seeking a supplier quality and program-management professional for a remote role. You will lead containment actions, drive RCCA investigations, and coordinate with Operations, Quality, and suppliers to resolve critical issues and drive rapid improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with Lean/Six Sigma preferred, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams; travel up to 50% is expected to support supplier development and new programs.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Facilitate supplier kick-off meetings and rapid response actions.
• Conduct RCCA investigations to resolve critical quality or delivery issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement improvement plans and KPI tracking.
• Lead supplier assessments using OCRA and engage suppliers with development roadmaps.
• Guide APQP for new product launches and ensure smooth work transitions.
• Travel up to 50%.
