Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead Supplier Performance and Management in a remote capacity from the US. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across mission assurance, engineering, and program management to optimize supplier performance and affordability while ensuring contractual objectives are met.

The role requires extensive experience in supplier performance management, APQP, and exposure to FAR/DFARS/ITAR.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, program management, supply chain, or related fields, or a minimum of 7 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in supplier performance management, including developing suppliers and improving performance and affordability.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management for up to six suppliers and ensure adherence to contractual and business objectives.
• Collaborate across functions (supply chain, mission assurance, engineering, operations and program management) to integrate best practices.
• Identify and resolve supplier-related issues and communicate performance updates at executive levels.
• Travel 25–50% of the time to engage with domestic suppliers and align with Raytheon priorities.
