Johnson Service Group is seeking a Supplier Performance Specialist for a 3+ month CONTRACT-to-PERM role that is fully remote. The role emphasizes driving supplier performance, meeting compliance standards, and improving visibility on order status for timely maintenance work orders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain/procurement, advanced Excel skills, and ERP experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience with Oracle, PeopleSoft, and MS Excel
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to meet compliance standards (OTD, order confirmation, ASN).
• Provide visibility into order status to support scheduling and timeliness.
• Assist client programs in achieving on-time delivery and performance metrics.
