Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time, fully remote Supplier Operations Manager to support External Manufacturing within Technical Operations. You will own day-to-day supplier operations for contracts, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders from initiation through execution.

The role collaborates with Development, Quality, Analytical, Regulatory, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain. 20 hours per week through December 2026 with potential extension, offering a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Hands-on experience with PO systems Procurify and contract intake/tracking tools such as Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
• Fully remote role with no travel required.
• Start upon successful screening and background check; 12-month contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technical Operations contracts and purchase requisitions/purchase orders from initiation through execution and release.
• Initiate and track PO requests in Procurify.
• Manage contract requests via Smartsheet form and guide through legal/technical review.
• Drive urgent SOW and PO reviews and routing, following up with approvers as timelines tighten.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to finalize contracts and POs on time.
• Partner with Technical Operations to align contracts with development/manufacturing timelines.
• Attend standing contract status meetings and lead when needed.
• Provide additional services and deliverables as needed.
• Potential future scope: vendor selection, logistics, KPIs for CDMO performance.
