Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Remote Supervisor to lead a team of Digital Member Communications and Reimbursement Specialists. You will translate strategic priorities into daily actions, ensure compliance with CMS regulations, and drive service excellence while maintaining documentation quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare contact centers, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills in digital channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare contact center, member services, or resolution in a managed care organization.
• Familiarity with grievances, appeals, Direct Member Reimbursements, and CMS environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Medicare Advantage populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Digital and Member Reimbursement Specialists, guiding digital member communications and reimbursement processing.
• Foster a caring culture aligned with Alignment’s serving-heart culture and set performance expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely responses, high-quality documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other teams to improve workflows and member experience.
