Job summary

Amplify seeks a Training and Enablement Intern to design, develop, and deliver training programs empowering educators, administrators, and internal teams for Amplify’s K–12 products. The role blends instructional design, content development, and learner analytics, offering hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Though remote, the internship includes a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY, and requires US work

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning Fall 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights clearly.
• Interest in K-12 education technology and educational content creation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and learning resources for internal teams and external educators.
• Identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities to improve product adoption and user outcomes.
• Develop e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and multimedia assets.
• Contribute to LMS management including course uploads, enrollment, and reporting.
• Track training effectiveness and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Participate in product demonstrations and cross-functional planning sessions.
