Job summary

Amplify is seeking a passionate and learner-centered Training and Enablement Intern to join our team this summer and help us design, develop, and deliver the training programs, enablement resources, and learning experiences that empower the educators, administrators, and internal teams who bring our innovative educational products to life.

This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning to school Fall 2027
• Full-time availability for June 7–August 13, 2027
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights clearly
• Knowledge of K–12 education technology field

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and delivery of training programs and learning resources for internal teams and external educators
• Identify knowledge gaps and enablement opportunities to improve product adoption and outcomes
• Develop e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and knowledge base articles
• Manage LMS content, enrollment, and reporting
• Track training effectiveness and program feedback to show ROI
• Participate in product demos and enablement planning to align with Amplify's training standards
