Job summary

The Work-Based Learning Alliance is seeking a part-time Student Advisor and Program Administrator to support virtual programs connecting high school students with industry. This fully remote role includes flexible hours and is expected to run from June to August.

Key responsibilities include engaging with students and stakeholders, managing communications, and providing solutions to enhance program quality. The ideal candidate should possess customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the WBLA team to deliver innovative programs.
• Support students and industry partners using various tools.
• Identify challenges and create solutions to ensure student success.
• Manage communication activities with external stakeholders.
• Collect and report essential program data.
