This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this collaborative environment, with flexible working hours available.

Compensation ranges from $16.84 to $20.00 per hour, plus annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience working in education or with middle/high school-aged students.
• Previous experience with at-risk students preferred.
• Ability to provide Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for partnering schools, individuals, families, and students.
• Manage onboarding, training, and graduation path assistance.
• Use technology tools to ensure client success.
