Steadfast Health is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor for a 100% remote role with Raleigh, NC roots. The role leads clinicians in trauma-informed SUD care, balancing patient-first care with clinician wellbeing, and offers a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus a 5% clinic incentive.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p, with generous time off and professional development support. You will supervise NC-licensed clinicians, coordinate with the Medical Director and Operations, and guide

Qualifikationen

• Active, independent NC clinical licensure with a board-recognized supervisory credential.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure therapy experience with SUD.
• LCAS or dual credentialing preferred.
• Experience with telehealth and virtual care.
• Strong knowledge of SUD, medications, and treatment modalities.
• Ability to interact with diverse staff, patients, and community.
• Commitment to harm-reduction oriented SUD care.

Aufgaben

• Provide board-approved supervision to associate-level clinicians weekly.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Facility Administrator to align clinical care and operations.
• Maintain supervision documentation, contracts, and reporting per NC board standards.
• Provide individual and group therapy (in-person and telehealth) for SUD patients.
• Educate patients and families on SUD and resources supporting recovery.
