Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead our clinicians and deliver whole-person, trauma-informed care to individuals with substance use disorders. This 100% remote role supports board-approved clinical supervision and collaborates with Medical Director and operations to align care with our mission.

You must hold an active independent North Carolina clinical license with a supervisory credential (LCSW, LCMHCS, or LMFT-S) and have at least two years of

Qualifications

• Active, independent NC licensure with board-recognized supervisory credential (LCSW/LCMHCS/LMFT-S).
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to individuals with SUD.
• Telehealth experience and ability to supervise clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-approved supervision to associate-level clinicians through regular individual and group sessions.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and operations to align clinical care with organizational goals.
• Maintain supervision documentation and reporting per NC board standards.
• Deliver individual and group therapy (in-person/telehealth) and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
