Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a Therapist Supervisor (SUD) to lead a founding Raleigh team with a remote work setup. The role emphasizes supervision of clinicians, ensuring trauma-informed, patient-centered care while balancing clinician wellbeing and professional development.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 with a monthly incentive up to 5% and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The position is 100% remote with standard weekday hours, starting with minimal caseload and growing as the clinic

Qualifications

• Active, independent NC clinical license with board-recognized supervisory credential.
• Two years of post-licensure therapy experience with SUD.
• Eligible to supervise associates under NC boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide board-approved clinical supervision weekly, with individual and group sessions.
• Manage clinician caseloads and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Peer Supervisor, and Facility Administrator to align clinical care and operational goals.
• Maintain supervision documentation, contracts, and NC board reporting.
