Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation Subrogation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subrogation investigations to maximize recoveries.
• Determine potential subrogation recoveries and develop strategy for each claim.
• Communicate with front line adjusters, insureds, and others to optimize outcomes.
• Negotiate subrogation settlements with carriers and other parties.
• Document actions and recovery status in claim notes.
