Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years workers’ compensation claim adjusting experience.
• California WC claims experience required.
• Active licensing in applicable states.
• Ability to evaluate high dollar, high exposure, complex claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication; mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from setup to closure.
• Evaluate and handle high dollar, high exposure, complex claims.
• Conduct timely 3-point contact investigations as facts evolve.
• Mitigate exposure while aiming for the best outcomes.
• Present claims to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely administration of medical and indemnity benefits.
