Ladders seeks a Subcontracts Manager to join its aerospace and defense team, focusing on subcontract procurement and supplier administration for U.S. Government and commercial programs.

Based remotely in the United States, you will own complex subcontract activity from sourcing through closeout, negotiate terms, manage supplier performance, and drive risk mitigation to meet production and demand needs. A disciplined, results-driven approach is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree acceptable.
• Direct DoD procurement and subcontract ownership experience.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Proven negotiation skills for price reductions and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement and supplier administration for U.S. Government and commercial subcontracts
• Administer high-value subcontracts ranging from $10K to over $100M
• Manage sourcing and procurement from development through contract closeout
• Oversee supplier relationships and ensure performance standards are met
• Monitor material supply to support production and demand needs
• Develop innovative supply chain strategies and solutions for complex problems
• Conduct risk analysis and create mitigation plans
