Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Manager to lead of complex defense programs and ensure compliant subcontract execution from capture to sustainment.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop sourcing plans, and serve as the main liaison to subcontractors and the program management office while applying DoD procurement expertise and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with DoD procurement processes (FAR/DFARS/TINA/ITAR).
• Knowledge of SAP/P2P Purchasing System.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain US TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs subcontract management across all contract types and programs.
• Develops sourcing and subcontract program management plans.
• Acts as main focal point to the subcontractor and PMO.
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure subcontract execution.
