Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with students and families to guide them through the application and enrollment process
• Provide timely information and support from inquiry through confirmation and pre-departure
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely outreach and positive experiences
• Use Salesforce or similar CRM to track applicant progress and maintain records
• Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed
