Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Manager, US Institutional Relations to serve as the primary liaison between CIEE and partner colleges, overseeing enrollments and revenue for study abroad programs. The role requires travel up to 40% and collaboration with staff, faculty, and administrators.

You will lead Admissions Advisors, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with internal departments to expand CIEE’s presence at national conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in consultative sales of intangibles or services, preferably in higher education or international education.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage CIEE’s relationships with study abroad staff, faculty, and administrators at partner institutions to increase enrollments and revenue.
• Strategize with institutional partners to grow study abroad participation.
• Develop and maintain new relationships with Study Abroad Office staff and campus administrators.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer service and sales efforts.
• Represent CIEE at national conferences and study abroad events.
• Lead and supervise Admissions Advisors to drive portfolio goals.
