Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking an Admissions Advisor to support the Institutional Relations team. This remote Colorado-based role focuses on guiding students through CIEE study abroad applications, advising on program options, and engaging campuses.

You will work with Managers and Ambassadors to meet admissions goals. The position prioritizes student-facing, high-energy, proactive collaboration and timely communication while leveraging Salesforce for progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Experience in student advising, customer service, higher education, or a sales-oriented field.
• Study abroad experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups and one-on-one.
• Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on suitable CIEE programs based on interests, goals, and eligibility.
• Guide students through the CIEE application process with personalised support.
• Manage a high volume of emails and calls and respond within one business day.
• Schedule information sessions, webinars, and classroom presentations to raise program awareness.
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of Campus Student Ambassadors with outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Institutional Relations Managers to align with partner goals.
• Achieve team targets for completed applications and conversions.
• Document calls and data in Salesforce for progress tracking.
• Participate in training to stay current on programs and tools.
