Job summary

CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange in the United States seeks a strategic leader to oversee Ambassador Programs and Lifecycle Sales. You will guide engagement, alumni lifecycle, and enrollment growth across the study abroad portfolio, partnering with Institutional Relations, Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, and College Study Abroad Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred; international equivalence considered.
• 5–8+ years in program management, enrollment, marketing, or alumni engagement.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of managers overseeing Ambassador Programs and Lifecycle Sales initiatives.
• Set departmental goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with objectives.
• Develop strategy for ambassador engagement and alumni lifecycle conversion.
• Oversee lifecycle funnel metrics and enrollment growth across programs.
• Direct cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, and College Study Abroad Leadership.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership.
