You will cultivate high performance, ensure predictable delivery, and translate AI experimentation into scalable production outcomes while partnering with product and design to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering management.
• Experience managing teams of 8+ engineers and focusing on people leadership.
• Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on AI tools/models deployment in production.
• Willingness to travel roughly every six weeks and US/Canada work authorization.
