Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC seeks a Director to lead the Client’s in-house creative studio, delivering high-craft video and always-on social content for a global technology leader. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position embedded with the Client’s studio team.

You’ll guide a 17+ person team, shape the operating model, and own the budget and leadership engagement with executives to drive scale and impact across two workstreams.

Qualifications

• Senior studio leadership with 10+ years in creative production.
• Experience managing teams of 17+ with managers and discipline leads.
• Experience guiding B2B content for enterprise audiences.
• Experience owning studio budgets and capacity planning.
• Hands-on Airtable experience with workflow systems.
• Familiarity with Frame.io, Lucid, and Figma; Premiere knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 17+ including managers and discipline leads.
• Scale the studio through growth, org design, and headcount expansion.
• Develop managers through coaching, performance management, and clear career paths.
• Set the studio’s operating model and the standards for quality, delivery, and process.
• Oversee high-craft video production and always-on multi-brand social content.
• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery model with your managers running day-to-day traffic.
• Own the studio budget forecasting, resource modeling, and spend tracking.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align capacity with business priorities.
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools to speed up production workflows.
