Job summary

Ayshley Digital is hiring a Senior Studio Operations and Production Manager to oversee imagery and video workflows in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will coordinate planning, production, asset management, and final delivery across photography, CGI, AI imagery, and video.

The role emphasizes structured processes, cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Marketing, and Imagery teams, and continuous improvement of scalable workflows. Remote-friendly within the United States.

Qualifications

6–8 years in creative/imagery operations or production operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with end-to-end imagery production and DAM/workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end imagery and video production operations across multiple methods.
Develop and coordinate production timelines and cross-functional plans.
Traffic and schedule studio requests reflecting complex dependencies.
Manage capacity for Art Directors and cross-functional teams.
Improve operating models, workflows, and asset governance practices.
Track health, risks, blockers, and opportunities to optimize delivery.
Travel to the San Leandro studio quarterly.
