Ladders is seeking a Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day flow of studio operations in a fast-paced media environment. You will optimize workflows, maintain project visibility, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with creative, production, and stakeholder teams.

This remote role leverages Airtable, Figma, Frame.io, and Lucid to keep work on track. You will lead by example, manage workloads, and forecast staffing needs to avoid burnout, driving operational excellence

Competenze

• 10+ years in studio operations or project management in high-volume environments.
• Experience overseeing 15+ concurrent deliverables, including spikes over 30.
• Proficiency with Airtable for workflow management.
• Figma proficiency for reviewing creative work.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and adjacent tools Frame.io and Lucid.

• Lead daily studio operations and manage incoming creative production requests
• Own and optimize a workflow system for project tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with creative production tools to ensure timely deliveries
• Facilitate cross-functional standups to address blockers and accountability
• Act as the liaison for stakeholders to solve scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks
• Monitor operational metrics and report on team performance
• Forecast staffing needs and manage team capacity to prevent burnout
