Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Director of Studio Management to lead our global studio management team. This remote role prefers candidates based in Europe and reports to the Senior Director of Publishing and Business Development.

You will bridge studio managers with cross-functional leads and finance/legal teams to keep the publishing department running and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in studio management, business development, or product/project management in mobile gaming.
• 3+ years managing teams and leading partner studios or developers.
• Hands-on experience with publishing contracts and game pipelines from concept to launch.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with P&L, KPIs, and pipeline data across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of studio managers, helping them sign premium studios, build relationships, and hit goals.
• Recruit, grow, and shape the team across regions with org design and role calibration.
• Support BD by helping managers win and retain top studios with partner insights.
• Develop and implement BD strategies regionally and globally while aligning with the portfolio.
• Oversee the game pipeline from prototyping to soft launch, ensuring velocity and signings.
• Create, update, and manage contracts with the TDS Legal team and keep terms aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Data, Intelligence, Product, and Growth to improve operations.
• Understand and explain the portfolio’s P&L; work with Finance on accuracy and improvements.
• Review publishing processes and KPIs; update benchmarks as needs change.
• Translate shifting priorities into practical changes to workflows and processes.
• Report to leadership on team performance and help shape publishing strategy at the exec level.
