You will establish rapport, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide users through state regulations to ensure proactive, high-quality interactions.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, exceptional communication, and the ability to work remotely from the US. Evening/weekend availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications
