Job summary

Med School Insiders LLC in the United States is seeking a Student Success Manager to ensure every student receives a white-glove experience across admissions advising, MCAT/USMLE support, and residency guidance. You will coordinate across offerings and manage day-to-day operations for premium programs with physician and college advisors.

You’ll be the proactive voice, checking in with students, tracking milestones, and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level English communication.
• 2+ years in customer success, client services, or program/operations coordination.
• Ability to manage a large caseload while delivering premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families across our programs, delivering a concierge-level experience.
• Proactively check in with students to track milestones and catch roadblocks early.
• Manage a high volume of students and coordinate advisor/tutor teams from onboarding through ongoing support.
• Onboard new advisors and tutors using standardized sequences and workflows.
• Build and maintain student study schedules and progress tracking in Google Sheets with dashboards.
