Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Strong computer systems proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students by phone or email to share information about accreditation and programs.
• Identify goals and pair students with campus and scheduling options.
• Maintain professional rapport and resolve issues prior to career consultations.
• Manage monthly quota and lead pipeline; report performance to supervisor.
