Kentucky Community and Technical College System is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to provide academic coaching and referrals for students at the Elizabethtown campus. This on-site role reports to the Director of Student Success and Tutoring and sits in the Student Success Hub.

The position emphasizes student-focused support, enrollment information, and collaboration with advisors to promote academic success and retention. 12-month contract, includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Typical years of relevant experience 4-6.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with admissions, assessment, programming information, and early intervention strategies.
• Provide enrollment, advising, and registration information.
• Coordinate early alert outreach for at-risk students using programs like Starfish.
• Refer students to academic support services and community resources as needed.
• Prepare retention reports regarding student success.
• Teach FYE105 and related courses when required.
