Job summary

University of Cincinnati Online is seeking an engaged advisor to support students and faculty in online programs. You will provide administrative and enrollment guidance, help with registration and course selection, and collaborate with campus teams to improve student success.

You will monitor retention, use CRM tools to identify at-risk students, and communicate proactive plans. The hybrid role serves Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky campuses, with in-person needs at UC's Main Campus as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Two years of higher education advising or recruiting experience required.
• Strong CRM proficiency and data-driven approach expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to online students and faculty.
• Advise students from registration through graduation using a consultative approach.
• Monitor retention metrics and identify at-risk students with personalized plans.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors and UC Online Marketing on admissions updates.
• Identify problems and drive improvements with appropriate leaders.
• Escalate retention concerns to supervisor and support problem resolution.
