Job summary

Post University seeks a dedicated Student Success Advisor to support online and regional site students from onboarding through graduation. You will build trusting relationships, coach students, and remove barriers to academic and career goals while promoting the university brand.

Responsibilities include proactive engagement, regular communication, and using university systems to monitor progress and report outcomes. A remote-work option is available with evening availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent email and phone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Blackboard and CRM systems.
• Student-centric approach with strong coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain a positive relationship with students from onboarding through graduation.
• Communicate directly and often with all assigned students to keep them connected and engaged.
• Leverage University technology systems to track progression and report metrics to management.
• Respond promptly to student questions and requests by phone and email.
• Advocate student needs across departments and manage your caseload independently.
• Analyze student data to improve the student experience and services provided.
• Identify barriers to academic success and develop solutions to improve retention.
• Introduce and train students on university systems (Web Registration, Blackboard).
• Provide guidance on academic progress, course selection, and work/life/study issues.
• Coaches and counsels students on success strategies and productive interactions with the University.
• Other duties as assigned.
