In a dynamic call center environment, you will engage via calls, chats, emails and SMS, partnering with Admissions, monitoring progress, and connecting students with resources to support success.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework required.
• Minimum 1 year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in education.
• Ability to use MS Office and internet applications effectively.
• Eligible to access NSLDS; not in default of Title IV aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for new student enrollment with Admissions to explain programs and costs.
• Develop and validate a financial plan and timelines for applicants.
• Understand Title IV financial aid programs, policies and procedures.
• Monitor student accounts and advise on financial eligibility and awards.
• Identify obstacles and collaborate with students to overcome them.
• Track enrollment, persistence and graduation data using systems.
• Recommend resources like self-service tools and orientation participation.
• Document all interactions accurately in the institutional system.
• Apply discretion and judgment to evaluate academic and financial situations.
