Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Management or related Human Services field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in academic and career advisement with college students.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to international students from entry term to program completion.
• Assist with advisement and registration for an assigned population of students.
• Guide students through enrollment using consultative dialogue to meet goals and matriculation.
• Possess thorough understanding of university programs, policies, and systems to advise accurately.
• Maintain high-volume interactions with international students by phone, video, text, and email.
• Document, maintain, and track all student interactions in the CRM.
• Monitor progress and intervene with at-risk students to promote success.
• Collaborate with admissions, faculty, and student support teams for a cohesive experience.
• Deliver orientation sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to international students.
