Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Program Development Specialist- Temporary to support the High School Exchange USA team in designing and implementing effective placement strategies. The role focuses on expanding placements by Local Coordinators and identifying school districts to target, while collaborating with the Regional Placement Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Passion for intercultural exchange and alignment with CIEE mission.
• Experience with lead generation and sales in fast-paced environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the High School Exchange USA team in developing and implementing a placement strategy.
• Collaborate with the Regional Placement Manager and Local Coordinators to identify host family leads and target districts.
• Deliver outreach strategies and track outcomes to meet placement goals.
