Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Program Development Specialist- Temporary to support the High School Exchange USA team from a US-based remote location. You will help develop and implement a strategy to increase placements by Local Coordinators and identify target school districts and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Passion for intercultural exchange and belief in the mission.
Sales experience (lead generation and conversion) in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Grassroots marketing experience is a plus.
Ability to manage high-volume goals within tight deadlines.
Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with an attitude to overcome challenges.
Experience with volunteer management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work independently and with team members to outline strategies and help with implementation.
