TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to join our customer service team. This work-from-home role offers $18-25/hour based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will call consumers to secure payments on past-due accounts, ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies, and deliver professional service with a positive attitude. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, access to reliable internet, 2+ years in student loan

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
