Job summary

Charter College is seeking a motivated Student Enrollment Advisor to join our Enrollment Management team. This remote role requires being located in PST/MDT time zones and involves meeting with prospective and enrolling students to provide clear, timely financial guidance.

You will explain funding sources, assist with documentation, and guide students through the financial process under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in financial aid or student finance preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and enrolling students by phone, video, or in person in a timely manner.
• Provide responsive, professional, student-centered customer service.
• Clearly explain available financial options, including federal, state, institutional, and alternative funding sources.
• Help students understand how they can make their education financially attainable.
• Ensure students feel informed, supported, and comfortable with their financial plan.
• Collect, review, and submit required documentation to the Student Finance Department accurately and on time.
