Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and enrolling students by phone, video, or in person.
• Provide responsive, professional, and student-centered service.
• Explain financial options including federal, state, institutional funding.
• Guide students through the financial process and required applications.
• Collect and submit required documentation to the Student Finance Department.
• Maintain accurate student files and meet deadlines.
