Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in financial aid or student finance preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and enrolling students by phone, video, or in person.
• Explain available financial options, including federal, state, institutional funding.
• Help students understand how to make education financially attainable.
• Ensure students feel informed and supported with their financial plan.
• Document interactions and maintain timely file status in CNexus.
