Job summary

Glean Education is hiring Structured Literacy Coaches to join our Glean Structured Literacy Coaching team. Our Structured Literacy Coaches will deliver Glean’s Structured Literacy Coaching™ to support teachers in implementing evidence-based practices and achieving quantifiable improvements in student literacy.

This remote role runs from August 15 to May 15, with pay based on coaching sessions. Sessions are delivered via Zoom, with planning and follow-up included in the rate, and coaching

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; comparable work experience will be considered.
• Experience delivering reading instruction based on Science of Reading and Structured Literacy practices.
• Training in LETRS, Glean Education’s Online Learning Academy, AIM Institute, Keys to Literacy, or similar.
• 5–10 years of experience as a reading interventionist, instructional coach, or similar with proven outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual coaching sessions to teachers in client districts via Zoom (in-person if applicable).
• Build rapport with teachers to understand needs and provide targeted support.
• Deliver Structured Literacy Coaching sessions and track progress.
• Report on sessions and provide follow-up to ensure skill integration and impact.
• Create monthly progress reports for leadership with updates and improvement ideas.
