Job summary

Glean Education seeks Structured Literacy Interventionists to provide targeted literacy support in client districts. You will deliver evidence-based instruction grounded in Structured Literacy principles, monitor progress, and collaborate with educators and families to support student growth.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the Science of Reading and experience with Orton-Gillingham-based interventions, data-based decision making, and relationship-building with students and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; comparable experience may be considered.
• Extensive experience with dyslexia or language-based learning.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Literacy and Orton-Gillingham methodologies.
• Proven ability to use data to guide instruction and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group and one-on-one literacy intervention using Structured Literacy and Orton-Gillingham methods.
• Administer and interpret literacy assessments and progress-monitoring measures.
• Collaborate with coaches, teachers and families to support student growth.
• Utilize Zoom, Calendly and Google Suite to schedule, deliver, and document coaching sessions.
