Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Stroke Prevention products across a defined region. You will train interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff and ancillary personnel on the use of Structural Heart devices and provide on-site technical support during procedures.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure clinical coverage and educate customers on product and market data, helping to shape marketing strategies. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 3+ years of which is Structural Heart or Electrophysiology specific clinical experience.
• Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
• Inform customers of the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry.
