Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers seeks a Strategy Consultant to drive growth, planning, and transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership, analyze complex challenges, and translate insights into actionable strategies and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data to form strategic recommendations.
• Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop short- and long-term plans.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, segments, products, and competition for revenue growth.
• Improve Business Operations: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for productivity and cost efficiency.
• Build Business Cases: Create financial analyses, presentations, and supporting docs for initiatives.
• Manage Strategic Projects: Define objectives, milestones, resources, risks, and success measures.
• Monitor Performance: Track KPIs and provide updates on progress and impact.
• Conduct Competitive Research: Monitor competitors and industry trends affecting strategy.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Align initiatives across departments and leadership levels.
• Prepare Executive Presentations: Translate research into concise reports and dashboards for executives.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate risks and recommend mitigations.
• Support Change Initiatives: Assist with transformation, process improvement, and tech adoption.
• Measure Strategic Outcomes: Assess effectiveness and adjust based on data.
