Metis Strategy, LLC in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Manager to lead data-driven and AI-enabled client engagements for large enterprises. You will guide teams, develop strategic analyses and roadmaps, and deliver executive-ready deliverables that drive measurable impact.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to assess AI maturity, prioritize opportunities, and shape governance and change-management plans for scalable adoption.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant management consulting or professional services experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field.
• Proven track record leading small teams and complex workstreams.
• Located within Pacific Time; can work remotely with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through data-driven and AI-enabled client engagements.
• Develop and deliver strategic analyses, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Design AI governance models and change-management plans.
