Job summary

The Sage Group is seeking a Strategy and Operations Program Manager to join the Marketing Team as chief of staff to a global director. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, drive operational rigor, and act as a trusted advisor across the organization.

This long-term contract role is 100% remote within the United States, offering high-impact work, annual planning, OKR management, budget oversight, and cross-functional leadership with visibility at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles or directly supporting executive leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Large Tech, highly matrixed organization experience essential for success (X-Google, Meta, similar).

Responsibilities

• Program Management for Marketing initiatives.
• Managing OKRs and annual planning and forecasting (budgets, resources).
• Resource tracking and reporting; process development and improvement.
• Cross-functional collaboration; act as strategic advisor to executive leadership.
• Executive support: prepare communications, presentations, and status reports.
• Plan, facilitate, and follow up on executive meetings; ensure clear agendas and action items.
• Lead strategic projects and quarterly/annual OKR development and reporting.
• Budget management and allocation of resources with fiscal responsibility.
