Job summary

KitBash is expanding its Strategy & Operations Associate role to scale our businesses across four brands. You’ll own discrete, well-defined workstreams and progressively tackle broader cross-functional initiatives.

This growth role emphasizes independent problem solving, credible recommendations, and sustainable execution. You’ll support legal/compliance, process automation, data reporting, and program management, reporting to the COO and gaining visibility across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a role with ownership of projects, processes, or operations.
• Ability to investigate unfamiliar legal, policy, or business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational instincts, with multi-stream ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders across departments.
• Draft first-draft contracts from templates and perform legal/regulatory research.
• Design and document processes, SOPs, and roll out training materials to drive adoption.
• Partner with the COO to build and maintain internal reporting infrastructure.
