Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to partner with the Chief Academic Officer and drive the Academic & Pedagogical Excellence (APEX) agenda. This hybrid, remote-friendly role operates across the Product organization, guiding surge projects and maintaining the department's rhythm to ensure focus on high-impact work.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, anticipate blockers, and champion a culture of excellence and innovation in education.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a high-growth environment (Strategy, Ops, Chief of Staff, or Senior Project Management) with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's; or 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quarterly goal-setting process and coordinate with other product teams to align priorities.
• Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Plan and track the CAO's major deliverables and run team operations when the CAO is externally engaged.
• Attend external conferences/bimonthly to strengthen Amplify's connections and influence.
