Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Medicaid and/or health plan operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in matrixed environments.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex operational and strategic initiatives across the market.
• Develop, communicate, and implement project and operational plans; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Resolve issues and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
• Identify resources, develop work plans, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, facilitate meetings, and communicate status and recommendations; drive milestones and deliverables.
