Ladders seeks a Strategy Director (Temp) to lead strategic thinking across a portfolio of digital, brand, and marketing engagements for enterprise clients. The role teams with senior stakeholders and cross-functional groups to guide decisions and ensure coherent client deliverables.

The ideal candidate blends UX, product strategy, and brand thinking to drive business outcomes, contribute to proposals, and identify growth opportunities in a high-visibility environment. Remote work available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading strategy for complex, high-visibility client relationships.
• Robust UX and product strategy foundation, with experience in both product and brand/marketing work.
• Strong SaaS and/or B2B experience, particularly with enterprise platforms or technical products.
• Exceptional client presence and facilitation skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders.
• Systems thinker capable of overseeing multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on customer and quality.
• Clear communicator, skilled in shaping narratives and presenting recommendations.
• Experience in cross-disciplinary collaboration to turn ambiguity into aligned action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior strategy lead across a diverse portfolio of digital, brand, and marketing work.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, leading discussions and framing decisions.
• Translate complex business and customer challenges into actionable insights for design and delivery teams.
• Guide strategic work from discovery through to recommendations and iteration.
• Collaborate with design, creative, technology, and account teams to ensure strategic coherence.
• Develop compelling narratives and decision frameworks to clarify complex ideas.
• Support proposal development and identify growth opportunities within the technology and commerce portfolio.
